Kartell, with the Geen-a lamp designed by Ferruccio Laviani, was awarded the prestigious Red Dot "Best of the Best" award as part of the annual international competition divided into categories which since 1955 has awarded the most deserving design projects.

The competition, based in Essen, Germany, is an internationally consolidated reality thanks to a qualified team of experts who evaluate the quality of the projects.

Geen-a is a reading lamp, which completes the lighting range with this specific function. Essential in the lines, but with "attitude", a clean shape, but at the same time familiar and intriguing. A base, a hat, three LED bulbs, a stem and a handle, which easily allows its portability and three colors in a matte finish: white, black and brick.

A simple lamp, as simple is the gesture of reading.
